A regenerative farm's knowledge lived on paper lists, WhatsApp chats, and in people's memories — hard to find, hard to add up, and gone when the person who remembered left. I built a calm, local-first system that keeps track of the work, the money, and the land — offline, on the farm's own hardware.

Farm knowledge was scattered across paper, chats, and memory. It couldn't answer the questions that matter — did we make money, did we build soil, did we empower the community — and it lived with whoever happened to write the note.
One calm place to log the work, track the animals and assets, reconcile the money, and keep the knowledge safe. It looks after three forms of wealth — financial, ecological, and social — rather than chasing yield alone, and it runs quietly on the farm's own hardware.
A unified double-entry ledger with a ~40-account chart of accounts, bank-statement reconciliation with a learning suggestion engine, invoicing, a cashbook, and a finance dashboard that shows which farm enterprises are healthy.
Rotational grazing tracked as moves between paddocks, with per-paddock rest periods (grazing / resting / ready) rendered as coloured map borders and the herd's pin auto-relocated.
Georeferenced drone imagery processed client-side in the browser, rendered as map overlays, and auto-linked to grazing moves — tying aerial imagery to management decisions.
A Kanban board with prioritisation scoring, a week-ahead planner, and recurring "heartbeat" routines in active and passive modes — so daily friction stays low.
A unified GeoJSON model for every mappable asset — points, fences, paddock polygons — with water infrastructure (tanks, pumps, outlets) drawn directly on the map.
A mobile PWA using IndexedDB, camera, and audio recording that survives Wi-Fi dead zones and syncs later — so field capture never blocks on signal.
