A landscaping team's day lived on paper job cards — lost, wet, or stuck in the van. Good work went unbilled, and clients never quite knew what had been done. I built a platform that turns a photo of the paper form into a clean, verified record — so the work is billed and the client is kept in the loop.

The problem

Field teams are brilliant at horticulture — but the paperwork that follows them isn't where their time is best spent. Job cards get lost, wet, or sit in the van for days. Extra bags of compost and unexpected plantings quietly fall off the invoice. And clients genuinely want to know what happened in their garden, but the message gets lost in the noise.

The solution

Keep the paper — let the software do the typing. Gardeners keep using the forms they already know, snap one photo, and the AI reads the handwriting and turns it into a clean record. No new app to learn, and a reliable, billable record at the other end.
